Hygiene concepts in the food and kitchen sector

A special area of disinfection and hygiene is the food and kitchen sector. Here, there are various requirements that must result in a total of 100% hygiene safety with practicable application:

A disinfection suitable and approved for the food sector must disinfect surfaces and equipment sustainably - protection must not only be provided immediately after disinfection, it must be long-lasting in order to integrate disinfection cycles practicably into food processing operations. The disinfectant must not migrate into the food products and, at the same time, must not affect the taste of the product. In order to use and store the disinfectant safely in the food and kitchen area, a non-alcoholic disinfectant that is not classified as a hazardous material is essential.

Many of our findings and much of our know-how in the food sector can be transferred to the feed sector and are already being applied there.
